Salary Package (Monthly Total Gross)
* With Accommodation: 1050
* Without Accommodation: 1251
(Accommodation option: Fully equipped shared apartment with utilities included. Available only to candidates relocating from 100 km+ away.)

What You Will Do
* Provide inbound phone assistance to private customers
* Support with device issues, subscriptions, billing, contract updates
* Identify upsell opportunities using a consultative sales approach
* Ensure a positive customer experience through clear communication and empathy
Requirements
* Fluent Italian (written & spoken)
* Minimum 1 year of sales experience (telecom, retail, customer-facing sales, telesales, etc.)
* Strong communication & problem-solving skills
* Ability to work on-site in Lisbon
* EU passport, Residence Card, Manifestação de Interesse, or eligible visa
Location & Schedule
* On-site position in Lisbon
* Rotative shifts between 06:0022:00, MondaySunday
* 40h/week (8h/day + 1h break)
