The project!
We are seeking a Sales Specialist to join our Sales team at the Pepe Jeans Showroom. The role involves selling in the showroom, collaborating closely with the team, and fostering a positive atmosphere for colleagues and clients.
What will the role entail?
* Create compelling stories around the collection to engage customers
* Conduct remote and digital sales to e-commerce customers
* Support the Wholesale Sales team throughout the sales process, from showroom campaigns to final shipment
* Monitor product and pricing competitiveness online and in-store
* Arrange product displays and demonstrate features
* Coordinate the final shipment of products to customers
* Analyze seasonal data, including customer insights, sales figures, and market research
* Prospect for new customers
* Create sales support tools such as reports and product catalogs
* Train staff with product presentations and sales arguments
* Perform sales analysis
* Maintain daily communication with departments like Customer Service and Credit Control for order follow-up

* 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
* Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field
* Master's degree in Fashion is a plus
* Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are advantageous
* Advanced Excel skills
* Proficiency in MS Office tools such as PowerPoint and Word
* Passion for retail and fashion
