We are seeking a Project Manager IT experience in Travel to lead a strategic project to update and evolve Navitaire, the core platform for managing inventory, fares, revenue management, bookings, ticketing, and all operations associated with the Passenger Service System (PSS).
This is a highly complex technical and organizational project that requires coordination with multiple technology providers (Navitaire, Amadeus, integrators), internal departments (IT, Operations, Revenue, Pricing, Customer Experience), and other aviation ecosystems (Skywise, internal tools, reporting systems, API platforms, among others).
The project will be executed over the long term and will have a significant impact on critical business processes, which is why it requires a senior profile—highly organized, with strong experience in program management and in transforming core airline platforms.
What will your responsibilities be?
* Plan the project roadmap, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
* Manage the relationship with Navitaire and other technology providers.
* Coordinate all impacted internal areas: operations, pricing, revenue, IT, digital, customer experience, etc.
* Monitor project costs, timelines, and risks, applying mitigation plans when necessary.
* Ensure compliance with quality, security, and operational continuity standards.
* Guarantee that integrations with satellite systems are properly updated: APIs, middleware, reporting, data warehouse, Skywise‑type tools, pricing engines, check‑in systems, etc.
* Facilitate communication among all stakeholders and produce clear documentation of progress.
* Work in agile environments using Jira as the main tracking and control tool.
* Ensure proper change adoption across the organization.
What are the requirements?
* Experience with Navitaire or PSS (Amadeus, Sabre, Mercator, etc).
* Background en IT (development, infrastructure...)
* Experience in managing high‑criticality technology projects or programs.
* Experience in migration or upgrade projects involving core platforms.
* Ability to manage multiple vendors and complex environments.
* Strong communication skills and ability to engage with senior‑level stakeholders.
* Proven experience rigorously managing cost, time, scope, and risks.
* Professional level of English.
