Recruitment Chief is partnering with a pioneering tech company driving sustainable cloud solutions from their European hub in Marbella. We're on the hunt for a razor-sharp, resourceful Office Manager to keep the wheels turning, the people smiling, and the office running like a well-oiled (eco-friendly) machine.
This is not your standard front-desk-and-fix-the-printer gig. You'll be a lynchpin in a global team, supporting operations, HR, IT, and leadership to keep everything moving. From vendor wrangling and travel logistics to executive support and event planning—you’ll be the go-to for all things office and ops.
What you’ll be doing:
Running day-to-day office ops like a pro—stocked, safe, and always a step ahead.
Supporting global teams with onboarding, logistics, and everything in between.
Coordinating internal events, team offsites, and seasonal socials (we see you, Summer BBQ).
Assisting with travel bookings, expense tracking, and vendor management.
Providing light-touch support to C-levels with diaries, comms, and admin.
What we need from you:
Solid experience in office or operations management—ideally in a tech, startup, or scale-up setting.
Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
Super-organised, tech-savvy, and calm under pressure.
Friendly, unflappable, and a natural culture champion.
Based in Marbella, you'll be in the heart of it all, with occasional travel to other EU offices.
