Job Description\nJob purpose
\nThe CS Representative is responsible for managing customer orders and inquiries, ensuring accurate order processing, timely delivery and a high level of customer satisfaction. Key link between customers and internal departments such as Sales, Production, Logistics, Pricing and Technical teams.\n
Main Responsibilities

\n
- Manage customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
\n
- To be the reference contact for customers regarding orders, deliveries, pricing and documentation.
\n
- Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Logistics, Production, Formulation…) to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries.
\n
- Follow-up of orders and delays or incidences communication to customers
\n
- Maintain and update customer and order data in ERP
\n
- Support the sales team with information and reporting related to customers.
\n
- Handle and follow-up customer complaints and claims
\n
- Export and shipping documentation if required
\n
\nQualification and experience:\nBachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Trade.\nAdministrative vocational training with at least 5 years of experience.\n
