As the Country Sales Manager for Iberia, you will lead the local sales of Apollo Tyres across all product lines, carrying full commercial responsibility for the Spanish and Portuguese markets. Your role involves steering our brand's presence, building lasting customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through direct sales leadership, market strategy, and dealer management. Working closely with our South-West Cluster (Spain, Portugal, France, Italy) and European leadership team, you will develop and execute market-specific business plans to enhance brand positioning and maximize profitability.This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role for an ambitious sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings deep industry knowledge and strategic thinking.Responsibilities:

Manage relationships with local customers and partners, ensure consistent brand messaging, and adhere to policies across sales, pricing, channel strategies, and marketing.Qualifications:
Master's degree in Business Administration or Engineering.Significant experience in sales leadership, ideally in the tyre, automotive, or related B2B sectors.Strategic thinker with operational excellence and strong commercial instincts.Excellent communication and team leadership skills, fluent in Spanish and English.Proficient in budget management, deal negotiation, and partnership building.Ability to thrive under pressure, adapt easily, and make data-driven decisions.What We Offer:
