Who you are: To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
Key knowledge
* Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Building Engineering, or equivalent).
* 10+ years of experience in construction project management for large and complex buildings.
* Strong technical background in construction engineering and building services (MEP systems) within tertiary sector developments (retail, offices, logistics, etc.).
* Proven experience in end-to-end project management, including design, permitting, procurement, and construction delivery.
* Solid knowledge of procurement strategies, contract management, and negotiation.
* Strong project planning skills, including budgeting, cost control, and risk management.
* Good understanding of applicable regulations, safety standards, and sustainability requirements.
* Relevant experience in a large, complex, international, multi-site organization, preferably in high-volume retail or commercial real estate.
* Fluency in Spanish and English.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
* Lead end-to-end construction project management activities, from design and planning through execution and delivery.
* Manage internal collaboration with business stakeholders and coordinate external partners, including consultants, contractors, and authorities.
* Ensure an optimal balance of quality, cost, time, and sustainability across all projects.
* Drive project planning, budgeting, cost control, and risk management throughout the entire lifecycle.
* Lead procurement processes, including tenders, contract negotiations, and the selection of consultants and contractors.
* Ensure full compliance with safety, legal, and environmental standards, including health and safety requirements.
* Promote innovation, continuous improvement, and best practices in construction and project execution.
* Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, authorities, and external partners.
* Collaborate and co-create to design solutions that balance functionality, cost, safety, and sustainability.
* Create customer value by ensuring our buildings are designed for the many people and deliver exceptional experiences.
* Work cross-functionally and build strong partnerships both internally and externally.
* Deliver solutions that meet business needs and enhance the customer experience.
