In this Senior Category Manager role, you will strategically source Base Building Maintenance Services for the MEU network, with Germany as a primary focus, and contribute to integral initiatives. You’ll lead cross-functional sourcing programs, negotiate with suppliers, and drive cost ownership and sustainability targets. The role emphasizes delivering savings, improving productivity, and building market intelligence to inform stakeholders.

- Establish category sourcing strategies and lead cross-functional sourcing teams
- Negotiate with suppliers and execute contracts to optimize cost and competitiveness
- Manage category suppliers to identify, monitor, and optimize opportunities
- Provide market intelligence and inform key stakeholders on category opportunities
- Drive supplier relationship management to mitigate risk and improve performance
- Identify, achieve and report savings and sustainability targets
- Align with internal customers and understand business application of the category
- Build category metrics to track xugodme performance, analyze savings vs plan, and escalate issues

- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level
- Experience in supply chain
- Experience leading large and complex negotiations
- Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
