About You
We are looking for primos who want to be part of our Family and want to develop their career in a dynamic team. You need to be results oriented looking to develop the business as a founder in your RTM with focus on growing our Premium portfolio and Innovations and protecting the Core business.
Responsibilities
* As part of the On-Trade team, contribute to deliver our 2 objectives: EFO & new model.
* Be accountable for the implementation of the Commercial plan that delivers against customer programs agreed in the Country Integrated Activity Plan (IAP) specific to the On-Trade customers.
* Negotiate in the Point Sales to deliver Distribution & Visibility targets.
* Drive use of Picture of Success and approach to activate our brands to influence consumers at the point of purchase.
* Identify opportunities and guide the development and execution of strategies to maximize Bacardi’s performance at On Trade customers in your region, achieving value creation.
Skills & Experience
* Demonstrable track record of performance in Commercial, field sales experience preferred.
* Demonstrable affinity with On Trade, Events and/or Promotions.
* Solid ability to organize your work independently and effectively.
* Solid negotiation skills.
* Good communicator and active listener.
* Team player.
