The Radisson Hotel Group is looking for a highly experienced SEO Associate Manager to lead the development and execution of SEO strategy across all markets. This role will be the subject‑matter expert for SEO within the organization and will drive digital excellence, embedding best practices into the business and contributing to commercial objectives.

Role and Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the SEO strategy across multiple regions and languages to drive qualified organic traffic and incremental direct revenue.
- Lead collaboration with digital agencies and internal teams, ensuring performance‑focused delivery of SEO campaigns and projects.
- Conduct in‑depth SEO audits (technical, on‑site, off‑site) and implement actionable improvements.
- Oversee keyword research and content optimization initiatives to support business objectives and enhance user experience.
- Define and manage the technical SEO roadmap, liaising with product, development and content teams to implement scalable solutions.
- Monitor, analyze and report on SEO KPIs, using insights to optimize strategy and execution.
- Serve as the internal SEO evangelist: conduct workshops, create guidelines and build internal SEO capabilities.
- Keep the business informed of search engine algorithm updates and shifts in best practices.
- Collaborate with analytics, content and digital media teams to align SEO with a broader digital strategy.
- Support localization and market‑specific SEO strategies to ensure relevancy and visibility in local search results.
- Maintain quality assurance of SEO deliverables across content, development and platform enhancements.
- Ensure a strong technical foundation across all web assets (site speed, mobile friendliness, crawlability, indexability, etc.).
- Lead the implementation of structured data and schema markup to improve SERP visibility.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities and emerging technologies.
- Abide by both the Radisson Hotel Group and brand‑specific policies and procedures.
Experience & Skills
- 5+ years of experience in SEO, including technical and content optimization within an international or multi‑market environment.
- Demonstrated success in creating and leading SEO strategies with measurable business results.
- Proven track record managing digital agencies and external SEO tools/platforms.
- In‑depth understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors and technical SEO.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a passion for data‑driven decision making.
- Confident working cross‑functionally with stakeholders of all levels including marketing, IT, product and content.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, able to simplify complex SEO concepts.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media or related field (master’s preferred).
Technical Skills
- Advanced technical SEO skills and experience implementing large‑scale optimisations.
- Experienced at Google Search Console, link audit, technical auditing and other SEO tools including Moz, Screaming Frog, SimilarWeb, SearchMetrics, Botify, AWR, Yext, BrightEdge, SEMrush, etc.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JS is preferred.
- Experience in web analytics tools, preferably Adobe Analytics.
- Excellent in using Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical skills and data‑driven methodological approach.
- Familiarity with website architecture, server analysis, sitemaps and rewrites.
