Team Focus
The Digital Continuity & Manufacturing (DC&M) team specializes in providing strategic solutions for digitalization in engineering and industrial processes, ensuring digital continuity throughout the product lifecycle, from design to maintenance. We focus on operational efficiency and innovation through advanced technologies like automation, industrial IoT, and digital twins.
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly qualified IoT and Cloud Technical Architect to lead the creation of technical specifications for industrial architectures. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and deploying IoT and Cloud technologies, with a deep understanding of industrial and automation technologies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design cloud architectures on Azure (IoT Hub, Arc, Azure ML, Logic Apps, Event Bridge) and AWS (IoT Core, Greengrass, SiteWise, SageMaker, Lambda).
2. Apply advanced industrial technologies in high-impact use cases such as predictive maintenance, asset management, energy efficiency, and autonomous operations.
3. Contribute to technological transformation by connecting sensors, data, and decision-making processes to create smarter, more resilient operations.
Qualifications
* Extensive knowledge of standards like ISA95 and the Purdue model.
* Proficiency in industrial communication protocols such as OPC-UA, Modbus, MQTT, LTE 4G/5G, BLE, Zigbee, WiFi.
* Experience with industrial gateways like Litmus, vNode, Domatica, or HiveMQ.
* Desirable: Experience with industrial sensors (temperature, pressure, vibration, gas).
* Familiarity with the concept of Unified Namespace for real-time system and data integration.
* Systemic vision and ability to connect technologies and processes in industrial environments.
* Proactive, innovative mindset with results-oriented approach in advanced technological contexts.
