The Trainee program allowed me to continue developing my skills while joining a multinational group. The opportunity to rotate through various areas related to my target position, and especially to experience an international assignment within another brand of the Group, greatly enriched my personal and professional development. My time as a Trainee was an extremely enriching experience, allowing me to gain first-hand insight into the operations on the assembly line and at a dealership, as well as to understand the importance of coordinated work between departments. Additionally, meetings with Vice Presidents and other Trainees within the Volkswagen Group broadened my global perspective and strengthened my professional network. Can I apply if I have not finished my studies?
One of the requirements to register for the programme is that you must have completed your studies (bachelor's or master's degree).
