Senior Key Account Manager
to join our growing team. As a Key Account manager, you will be at the heart of marketplace performance—driving growth, improving seller success, and ensuring an excellent customer, market experience and manage the top billing accounts in our Marketplace. White-glove management of top-tier accounts, responsible for ~80% of GMV per market. Market Experience (25%) :
Analyze and provide visibility on market online metrics (traffic, NPS, CTR, etc.), identifying opportunities to accelerate growth and improve customer experience. Track and optimize performance, define the acquisition criteria for sellers in the Marketplace and indentify market trends.
#4+ years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management or category growth. ~ Fluent in English and Spanish. ~ Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. ~ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. ~ Experience working with top sellers, brands, or strategic accounts. ~ Be part of a high-impact role driving growth in a rapidly evolving marketplace.
