AXA Partners' Operational Excellence team is made up of 4 pillars: process improvement, business performance and steering, workforce management and multi-channel, as well as the people dimension of change (AVP programs: mindset and behaviors, skills enhancement system, roles of managers and agents, etc.). The focus on the company's operational processes requires a holistic vision, including monitoring, measurement, platform organization, training, workforce management, employee mindset and behaviors... These 4 pillars are interconnected.
As Senior Operational Excellence Leader, your role is to provide internal consultancy services to help optimize the company's operations and help countries achieve these objectives.
You will be responsible for process improvement, operational efficiency and cost management. This may involve identifying and helping to implement solutions to reduce inefficiencies, optimize operational flows and maximize productivity through the development and deployment of specific projects. Consideration must be given to the end-to-end process in addition to the scope of Operations and the network.
The scope of actions covers all Business Lines. The OPEX team work in close collaboration with local COOs, Transformation Teams, Data team, Customer experience team and HR team in urbanizing key processes for operations & networks. With the context where local countries are accountable of their performance and organization, Central OPEX is there to support and challenge local entities and homogenize in context of deployment of global assets.In addition, OPEX relays are present in most countries to ensure momentum on these topics.
Your Key responsibilities will be to :
·Act as an internal consultant on OPEX projects in support of countries
·Feed of purpose, keeping specificity when needed and find areas of harmonization
·Review processes, analyse pain points, measure potential and design target processes when relevant, or look at the consistency with the existing systems (Claim Management System)
·In a global assets deployment, take opportunities to deploy process and good practices
·In relation with local entities, support to optimize the company's operations to improve efficiency and productivity
·Utilize advanced tools and technologies to enhance the operational performance of the company: either in the monitoring of activity or suggesting automation
·Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of optimization initiatives thanks to our governance and the Efficiency Committees
·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure coordination and alignment of operational goals
·Follow and support local initiative, ensuring scalability and alignment
·Ensure long-term sustainability of the AXA Partners Operations encouraged by a simplification and standardization, with clearly defined shared and common objectives and KPIs...
Su Perfil
Profile required:
- 4 to 6 years' professional experience with consulting experience in operational efficiency, project and change management.
- A degree in project management and organizational optimization, or a similar diploma would be an asset. Lean management/ Lean 6 sigma certification would be a plus.
- An advanced level of written and spoken English. French and Spanish a plus.
Your experience has given you a solid understanding of operations and the ability to analyze existing processes in order to make significant improvements, and to identify and share best practices.
You have excellent cross-functional coordination skills and a strategic vision to support the organization's growth and efficiency.
