50% for the first 6 months, increasing to 100% from January 2026.Key Responsibilities :
Providing information and services to students regarding Career Services via phone and email.Assisting with event organization, including hotel and classroom reservations, and other administrative tasks.Performing additional tasks as assigned by the department head.Requirements :
Administrative diploma or related experience.Customer-oriented personality.Team player with attention to detail.Excellent organizational skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Fluent in English and Spanish;
