At Timup, we are partnering with a fast-growing DTC beauty & wellness brand generating ~$10M ARR, with ambitious plans to reach $20M ARR by 2026.
Email Marketing, CRM, and Lifecycle are core levers for revenue and retention, and we are looking for a senior leader who can take full ownership of these channels and turn them into one of the company's main growth engines.
What You'll Do
* Own Email, SMS, Lifecycle, and CRM revenue, end-to-end.
* Plan and execute all campaign, promotional, seasonal, and sales communications.
* Define and execute the full lifecycle and retention strategy: welcome, education, reorder, loyalty, churn, and win-back flows.
* Build and optimize high-impact flows tied to product usage, replenishment, and repeat purchase behavior.
* Lead advanced segmentation, personalization, and dynamic messaging at scale.
* Define and implement the testing roadmap across campaigns and flows (offers, timing, frequency, content).
* Partner closely with Growth, Creative, Product, and CX teams to drive conversion and retention.
What We're Looking For
* 5+ years owning Email Marketing and CRM for beauty or consumable DTC brands.
* Proven track record in both campaigns and lifecycle, not just one.
* Experience driving meaningful revenue and retention in $8–20M ARR businesses.
* Deep understanding of beauty customer behavior, education, and repurchase cycles.
* Hands-on experience with Klaviyo (or similar ESP).
* Highly analytical, execution-focused, and results-driven.
What Success Looks Like
* Measurable contribution of Email/CRM to revenue.
* Improvements in repeat purchase rate, reorder rate, and LTV.
* Strong campaign performance and incremental lift.
* Direct impact on retention and $20M ARR growth goals.
