As an Account Manager in our team, you will:
1. Secure new customer wins for Cloud.
2. Maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities by collaborating with Sales Agents, Solution Specialists, client sales teams, and channel partners.
3. Actively monitor pipeline, gather feedback, and update involved parties on closure; support the execution of close plans.
4. Collaborate with local TCM on pipeline and partner introductions.
5. Where TCM does not exist, curate and connect customers to an ecosystem of best-of-breed solutions in the territory, driving growth in customer acquisition, consumption, and usage.
6. Highlight customer wins for partner sales with evidence; identify partner capacity and capability needs, and key opportunities for the Partner Management team to drive development and recruitment of new partners.
7. Manage key performance indicators and pipeline run rates.
8. Establish a foundation for how technology and services can meet customer and partner needs.

This job is a great match if you:
1. Are native or proficient in Dutch and fluent in English.
2. Have 3-6+ years of technology-related sales or business development experience.
3. Have experience working within a partner ecosystem and technical sales environment (preferred).
4. Possess broad knowledge of and the ability to explain key end-user scenarios and technical architecture for productivity and communications solutions.
5. Have demonstrated knowledge of identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance, and how they factor into cloud and hybrid solutions (preferred).
6. Hold a Fundamentals certification.
7. Understand cloud deployment and adoption planning.
8. Have experience with cloud-based productivity, collaboration, and communications solution designs, migrations, and management of technology.
9. Possess a Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or related fields.
10. Have a proven track record of outstanding performance and goal achievement.
11. Exhibit exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
