Your role
As a Room Service Supervisor, you will oversee the in-room dining operations, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and high-quality service experience for our guests. You will lead the team during service, coordinate with the kitchen, and ensure every order is delivered with precision and care. You will play a key role in maintaining service excellence and creating memorable in-room dining experiences.
What you will do:
* Supervise daily Room Service operations and ensure smooth service flow
* Lead and support the team during service, ensuring efficiency and quality
* Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders to guest rooms
* Maintain high standards of presentation and service
* Handle guest requests and feedback with professionalism
* Coordinate closely with the kitchen and other departments
* Monitor service standards and resolve operational challenges
* Support training and development of team members
* Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with standards
Who we're looking for:
* Experienced hospitality professional in Room Service, F&B, or similar roles
* Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences
* Strong leader with a hands‐on and proactive approach
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Well‐organized with strong attention to detail
* Able to work under pressure in a fast‐paced environment
* Team player with natural leadership abilities
Requeriments:
* Previous experience as Room Service Supervisor or similar role
* Strong knowledge of in‐room dining operations and service standards
* Leadership and team coordination skillsAbility to multitask during busy service periods
* Understanding of hygiene, safety, and service protocols
* Fluent English (Spanish is a plus)
* Valid EU / Ibiza work permit
