**What you´ll do at BTS**
- Client interviews with CEOs and business leaders to develop an understanding of their company’s key levers for driving profitability and growth
- Work in several accounts and projects with a full overall vision, supporting the team with everything it takes to create powerful experiences to execute strategy through people
- Research and learn about our clients’ businesses and industries identifying key levers for driving transformation, profitability and growth customizing the project to their needs
- Participate in the design and deployment of powerful experience-based learning solutions
- Lead senior level executives through discovery based learning experiences and facilitate participant’s understanding of relevant content areas
