An opportunity for an A400M MRO & Retrofit Master Production Scheduler has arisen within Airbus Defence & Space, Getafe (Madrid). The selected candidate will join the Master Production Scheduler_AG team.
Responsibilities
The jobholder is responsible for Delivering on Time, Cost & Quality expected customer products through the planning of all production activities in the plant for the A400M MRO and Retrofit Program.
* Define the Long Term Planning for A400M retrofit & Maintenance program. Represents the Base Line Strategy for the plant and the delivery compromise acquired with the final customers.
* Define the Mid Term Planning for A400M retrofit & Maintenance program. Represents the Tactical Strategy for the plant to secure the Base Line Plan. Include the creation of recovery plans if needed.
* Define the Short Term Planning at station level. Represents the Operative approach at the different stations to make the Tactical and Base Line plans feasible.
* Define the program load & capacity Strategy for Long and Mid Term planning.
* Include the voice of the customers stakeholders (programs and final customers) in the Mid and Long term environments.
* Include the main internal stakeholders functions (production, quality, production control, logistics, manufacturing engineering, finance and HHRR) in the Mid and Long term environments.
* Implementation of Master Production Schedule (MPS) standard routines. Including the leading of Daily, Weekly and Monthly MPS meetings at plant level.
* Build, update and analyze KPIs measuring production plan execution and deliveries, define the improvement plan and associated actions.
* Officialize production scenario and communicate the plan to all stakeholders.
* Make the planning respected (accountable).
* Maintain planning parameters and models in the planning tools.
* Ensuring the continuous implementation of OES and LEAN principals in the scope of TOAR, with the objective of became the BEST PRACTICE reference in planning and control within AIRBUS Defence & Space.
* Ensure alignment and cross collaboration with the rest of the TOAR sites.
* The jobholder is responsible of the Planning & Control Team management:
o Managing & optimizing the allocation of resources for all the activities under the scope of Production Control.
o Translating the Airbus Strategy in a clear set of activities.
o Developing and motivating the team.
o Promoting the collaboration with the transverse teams and functions: Operations, Programs, Procurement, Customer Services and others.
Skills
* Education: Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline.
* Experience: At least 2 years in the area.
* Soft skills: High adaptability to work on new topics, new business and in a networking mode.
* Languages: Advanced level in English.
* Technical knowledge: SAP, Office.
