Job Responsibilities
* You ensure all reservations are managed in detail and suppliers receive them on time.
* Monitor that the terms and conditions of excursions meet the quality and operations standards agreed.
* Oversee operations during excursion days, support, gather, and provide feedback on any incidents or accidents that may occur.
* Manage and load all bookings into the system, maintaining supplier relations and expectations.
* Guarantee that all information is collected in a timely and efficient manner for invoicing purposes.
* Manage amendments and communicate them to the Service Delivery team and suppliers, ensuring services run smoothly and costs are optimized.
* Be responsible for loading pick-up times into the system and pre-ordering attraction entrance tickets, including cash reconciliation.
