The Role
You’ll manage property operations, resolve maintenance issues, and handle guest and owner communication—ensuring everything runs smoothly before, during, and after each stay.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as a point of contact for guests and property owners, handling communications via email, phone, and CRM systems
* Manage booking inquiries, guest support, and issue resolution across booking platforms and direct bookings
* Proactively identify, report, and resolve property-related issues, coordinating with maintenance teams, suppliers, and service providers
* Oversee daily operations including check-ins, check-outs, arrivals, departures, and key logistics
* Conduct regular property inspections to ensure quality standards and readiness for guest arrivals
* Follow up on maintenance tasks and ensure timely resolution of technical problems or damages
* Onboard new properties into our system, optimizing listings, pricing, and promotional strategies
* Coordinate with housekeeping, keyholders, and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery
* Prepare clear, structured reports for internal teams and property owners regarding operational issues and solutions
* Support front office tasks and assist with general administrative duties to ensure smooth daily operations
What We’re Looking For
* A proactive Solution Finder (problem-solver) with a hands-on attitude
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously
* Experience in property management, facility management, maintenance coordination, or a similar operational role
* Excellent reporting skills – clear, concise, and structured
* Confident in coordinating with suppliers, technicians, and service teams
* Comfortable using property management systems (PMS), task management tools, and basic office software
* Valid EU driving license – this role involves frequent visits to properties
* Excellent command of English and Spanish, both spoken and written. You must be able to express yourself clearly, professionally, and confidently in all communication.

* Flexible and reliable, with availability for rotating schedules, including weekends, holidays, and emergency phone duty.
Working Conditions – Please Read Carefully
This is not a standard office job. The role involves a rotating schedule covering weekdays, weekends, and national holidays, and requires full flexibility.
* You will regularly be scheduled to work on weekends and public holidays
* You must be available for occasional night arrivals and late check-ins
* You will participate in a rotation for a 24-hour emergency phone, providing urgent support when needed
* Flexibility, availability, and reliability are essential to succeed in this role
