Interviewing: Screen and interview top talent, assessing their strengths and suitability. Pipeline Pro: Cultivate and manage a network of potential candidates for future needs. Proven experience: Successful talent acquisition experience, preferably within Sales and Commercial roles. Sourcing Specialist: Masterful research and sourcing skills, including expertise in online sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
