If you thrive on headhunting, sourcing and attracting candidates to hard-to-fill positions and you're a LinkedIn Recruiter pro, you might just be the missing piece to our puzzle! Here's how you'll build our talent bridge: Sourcing: Utilize a range of methods, including LinkedIn Recruiter, and professional networks to unearth hidden gems. Recruitment: Oversee the entire recruitment process, managing projects and ensuring seamless execution. Candidate assessment: Evaluate candidate qualifications and experience to find the perfect fit. Interviewing: Screen and interview top talent, assessing their strengths and suitability. Pipeline Pro: Cultivate and manage a network of potential candidates for future needs. Business Partner: Collaborate with business teams, providing support and expertise to hiring managers. Trend Spotter: Stay ahead of the curve, recommending changes to keep our talent acquisition strategies sharp. What makes you the ideal bridge builder? Proven experience: Successful talent acquisition experience, preferably within Sales and Commercial roles. Sourcing Specialist: Masterful research and sourcing skills, including expertise in online sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter. Communication Maestro: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong connections. Problem-Solving Powerhouse: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively. Independent and Prioritized: Thrive in a self-directed environment and prioritize tasks effectively. Language Pro: Excellent communication skills in one of the following languages: German, Swedish or Dutch (both written and verbal), with professional fluency in English.
