Key Responsibilities Act as a technical lead and data solution architect.
Lead delivery teams focused on data architecture, database management, ETL processes, and data integration.
Oversee projects within MS Azure, Snowflake, and Databricks environments.
Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Participate in commercial activities, including building proposals, proof of concepts (PoCs), and presentations.
Ensure quality control of deliverables and offerings, implementing best practices and standards.
Mentor and guide team members, fostering professional development and knowledge sharing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data architecture with business objectives.
Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance data management and analytics capabilities.
Qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or any relevant field.
Experience designing and building Solution Architecture for data solutions.
Experience in Data Architecture frameworks, data modelling, data governance and cloud environments.
Comfortable handling client facing roles and commercial exposure.
Experience with presales, capable of understanding requirements and building data solutions.
Capable of building proposals, and leading projects including resources management (budgeting, team planning, etc)
Industry experience in Consulting or financial services is valued.
Proficiency in English
Familiarity with Databricks, MS, Snowflake
Experienced in Data Architecture frameworks, data modelling, data governance and cloud environments
