About the Role
We are looking for a Project Director to lead a major international infrastructure project recently awarded.
This is a unique opportunity to take full ownership of a complex engineering project from early stages through execution, within a highly experienced international construction environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and execute the overall project strategy
* Lead all phases of project delivery, from setup to completion
* Ensure control of budget, schedule, and risks
* Manage contracts, client relations, and key stakeholders
* Lead multidisciplinary and multicultural teams
* Act as the main interface with client, partners, and authorities
Candidate Profile
Requirements (Mandatory)
* Degree in Civil Engineering
* 14+ years of professional experience (post-graduation)
* Proven experience in at least 2 dam projects
* Strong experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects
* Fluent in English (Spanish highly valued)
