Join the Truck Assistance International - Customer Service team at AXA Partners – Barcelona

We are looking for agents to join the Truck Assistance International (TAI) team!

What will you do in this role?
* Understand in detail the different types of insurance policies of our clients and apply the corresponding conditions in each case.
* Advise and guide clients towards appropriate solutions.
* Coordinate all necessary assistance steps: answer international calls and emails, register cases, document actions in our IT system, organize assistance, and ensure case closure.
* Provide quick and tailored customer service responses, in accordance with the coverage in the customer's insurance policy.
* Assign professionals for vehicle transfers and occupant transfers.
* Handle administrative tasks (sending faxes, emails, managing vehicle rentals, hotel bookings, cabs, ticket reservations using templates).
* Work collaboratively in a team to ensure proper case management, following internal procedures and protocols.
* Participate in regular meetings with your line manager and colleagues for case resolution support.
* Manage invoices and claims related to each case.

Contract : Temporary
Schedule : Monday to Friday (Shift details to be confirmed during recruitment)

Your Profile
You Are Perfect for This Role If You Have :
High proficiency in written and spoken French, Italian, English, Spanish, or German, with combinations such as French/Italian/English, Spanish/Italian/English, German/Spanish/English, or French/Spanish/English.
Customer-oriented mindset, both internally and externally
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
Adaptability and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Exceptional telephone customer service skills
Education & Experience :
Bachelor’s Degree / FPII
Previous experience in telephone customer service or customer-facing roles is a plus!
