We work with major brands and events, and we are looking for bar-raisers with a hands-on mindset who want to shape the future of entertainment. This role focuses on accurate, timely invoicing and day-to-day billing operations.
About the Role
* Generate, issue, and send invoices to clients in a timely and accurate manner.
* Review contracts and agreements to ensure billing aligns with commercial terms.
* Track and reconcile payments against issued invoices.
* Maintain accurate records of invoices, billing schedules, and supporting documentation.
* Support reporting activities by preparing summaries of billing and collections.
* Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Operations to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth billing processes.
* Assist in improving billing workflows and supporting automation initiatives.
About You
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 2-4 years of relevant experience (billing, finance, or administrative roles).
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets;
experience with ERP or billing systems is a plus.
* Excellent written and spoken English.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work cross-functionally.
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in billing, accounts receivable, or similar roles.
* Strong Excel/Google Sheets knowledge;
familiarity with SQL, VBA, or Python is a plus.
