* Familiarity and readiness to work in a small stuffing laboratory
* Demonstrated ability to operate independently as a microbiologist
* Experience with database compilation
* Skill in designing, developing, and implementing innovative research methods
* Competency in troubleshooting and resolving challenges related to microbiological techniques
* Attention to detail to maintain data accuracy and reliability
* Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across departments and with stakeholders
* Preferred background in using statistical software
* Capability to read, analyze, and interpret scientific and technical journals, financial statements, xpzdshu and legal documents
* Ability to present information clearly to senior management, public audiences, scientific colleagues, and customers
* Proficiency in managing challenging situations and conflicts with fairness and neutrality
* Effective verbal and written communication skills in English\
