What Will You Be Doing?
As our legal figure, you will be the main actor to assure that the company is growing with a standard process at a global level in all legal issues. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Be the main responsible for updated and organized custody of all corporate documentation in Spain & soft-subsidies and co-leadership with Corporate Partners in main subsidiaries (contracts, insurances, licenses, etc.).
2. Main responsible for the design & implementation of contract models for the main activities of the company: seed supply (production & purchase), sales (distribution, licenses…), breeding (farm leasing, NDA…), etc.
3. Main responsible for RGPD in Spain & soft-subsidies and co-leadership with Corporate Partners in main subsidiaries.
4. Main responsible for optimizing Group Insurances.
5. Main responsible for being up to date for the upcoming regulatory changes that can affect the company and be proactive in its implementation.
6. Support in terms of Intellectual Property.
7. Support Compliance Officer in the building and consolidation of the compliance model for the Group.
8. Support all departments in terms of legal advice (for example: review legal basis for Instagram raffles for the communication department).
