The primary focus will be on the mass market segment, furniture and specialty retailers, and dedicated online players.
The job:
* Actively engage with customers and maintain strong client relationships.
* Prepare pricing proposals and perform accurate calculations.
* Create impactful presentations to support sales and business strategies.
* Fully manage and oversee key client accounts.
* Contribute to business development and growth strategies.
* Shape strategic product and promotion plans.
* Manage product assortments and optimize selections for the market.
* Develop and refine pricing strategies to drive profitability.
* Oversee inventory management to ensure product availability and efficiency.
This is you:
* Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field.
* We are primarily seeking a junior profile with 2-3 years of experience in account management, with a focus on business development.
* In-depth understanding of retail dynamics and consumer behavior.
* The ideal candidate should possess a strong affinity for numbers and demonstrate excellent Excel and presentation skills.
* Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Fluent in German and English, with additional European languages being a plus.
