Key Account Manager – Valencia (On-site) | Start: Mid January 2026 Pilmifresh is expanding its international commercial team, and we are looking for a talented Key Account Manager to join our Valencia office on-site starting mid-January. If you are passionate about international trade, food & beverage ingredients, and managing a high-energy multicultural portfolio, we want to meet you.
Responsibilities
* Manage commercial activities across 30+ international markets.
* Handle and convert new qualified leads generated by the Marketing Department.
* Prepare and dispatch product samples (juices, concentrates, purées, flavors, etc.).
* Lead sales negotiations: pricing, product specs, volumes, Incoterms, payment terms, and shipping schedules.
* Oversee logistics processes: documentation, shipments, incidents, and stock follow‑up.
* Visit customers and suppliers across Europe and other regions.
* Attend industry trade fairs in the food & beverage sector.
* Prospect and acquire new clients and opportunities.
* Conduct market price benchmarking and competitive analysis.
* Provide feedback on approved or rejected samples to the Quality & R&D teams.
* Support the development of new tailor‑made product solutions for key accounts.
* Hold regular online and on‑site meetings to present catalogs, prepare orders, organize calendars, and plan future product needs.
Qualifications
* Fluent in English, Arabic, and French (mandatory).
* Speaking or understanding Iraqi Arabic is a strong plus. Additional languages are a strong plus.
* Minimum 2 years of sales experience (preferably in B2B environments).
* Experience in the beverage or food ingredients sector is a significant advantage.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced international environment.
