About the job As a member of the Unlimit Business Development Team, you will drive your own pipeline, seek market opportunities and support the ongoing commercial growth strategy. Requirements 6+ years of total professional experience in business development, sales, or related commercial roles At least 2 years of experience in the online payments / fintech industry Strong understanding of one or more target verticals, including market trends and key players Solid knowledge of payment products, processes, and typical client pain points (card acquiring, alternative payment methods, end‐to‐end flows) Relevant professional network within the payments or fintech ecosystem Proven ability to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with a focus on pipeline generation Experience managing complex B2B deals with long sales cycles (2+ months) Ability to work with multiple stakeholders on the client side Strong results‐driven mindset, working against clear KPIs aligned with market entry and growth objectives Experience in PSPs and fast‐paced environments is a strong plus Nice to have French or German language skills are considered a strong advantage What we offer Competitive monthly salary based on your experience and performance Paid vacation, sick leave, and public holidays Full‐time remote role (5/2 schedule, weekends off) Work in an international team with deep expertise in payments and fintech Join the Unlimit team now Unlimit is an equal‐opportunity employer.
