Develop and execute HR strategies that support the organization's goals and values.
Oversee hire to retire processes.
Identify trends, risks, bottle necks and opportunities, and proactively propose solutions.
Lead initiatives in employee engagement, retention, efficiency initiatives and organizational culture.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
Drive HR programs such as employees and managers development, succession planning, performance appraisals and other initiatives.
Act as a key advisor to the managers on HR related matters.
10 years in HR management roles in global organizations.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field; Master’s degree – an advantage.
HR expertise in talent acquisition, C&B, training and development, employment laws.
Startup/scale-up experience in rapid growth environments.
Proven ability to coach and support managers in navigating complex organizational and people-related challenges.
Strategic thinking and business acumen.
Highly energetic, driven, and motivated.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Hands on and proactive approach.
Fluent English.
