Combining a business orientation with a passion for the client, the Fashion Advisor is an artist of relation who contributes to the Brand image and helps build retail leadership in the market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
CHANEL Ambassador : The Fashion Advisor embodies the values of the Brand.
CHANEL Insider :
* Has a solid knowledge of the Brand, its heritage, modernity, and know-how. Shares this knowledge with clients and the team. Implements all training received, is curious to learn more to nourish a beauty culture and trend knowledge, and is proactive in self-learning. Respects the uniform and grooming guidelines at all times. Ensures the work area is clean, tidy, hygienic, and professional at all times. Knows and respects VM guidelines.
Experience Creator : The Fashion Advisor surpasses client expectations.
Creates a tailor-made client experience, personalized solutions for each visit and client, using the CHANEL experience ritual and building long-lasting relationships. Embraces digital shopping trends and actively participates in delivering a seamless omni-channel experience. Co-creates stories with and for clients, blending brand culture with personal stories and the environment to create unique moments. Helps clients develop their style and proposes alterations if needed. Handles client service complaints and requests effectively and appropriately.
Business Driver : The Fashion Advisor is performance-minded to achieve objectives.
Understands business challenges, maintains discretion, and contributes to business growth by achieving sales targets. Uses all levers such as products, services, and data capture to retain, recruit, and grow client return rate. Has operational knowledge to ensure smooth business operations and reports to the Boutique Manager. Monitors after-sales requests.
Team Player : The Fashion Advisor acts interdependently and demonstrates team spirit.
Maintains a positive attitude, communicates regularly with the team and manager, and upholds ethics and integrity. Respects cultural differences, shares best practices, and contributes to collective knowledge. Ensures proper operation of the sales space, participates in stock replenishment and inventory activities.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION
* Eagerness and willingness to care for clients; retail experience is a plus.
* Selling skills and performance-driven for RTW.
* Styling knowledge and ability to create RTW total looks.
* Language skills: English mandatory.
