Collects and aggregates AQM KPI / data and helps to control process efficiency.
- Ensures the implementation, maintenance and optimization of the QM.
- Collaborates in obtaining and maintaining TÜV Rheinland Group certification and local accreditations.
- Conducts internal audits, prepares and accompanies external audits.
- Provides input to the global management review.
- Supports the business fields in investigating complaints and ensures the implementation of complaint management according to the general complaint management process.
- Ensures follow-up of QM actions from complaint management, audits, performance monitoring and risk management.
- Contributes in defined AQM improvement projects, lessons learnt and best practice.
- Ensures communication and training activities for AQM.
- Other duties as assigned.
**Experience & Further Qualifications**:
- At least 1-3 years of professional experience in related area.
- Experience as Project Manager welcome but not required.
