Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join the Take Back team, responsible for implementing Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) compliance requirements. The role centers on data reporting, project management, and process automation, offering opportunities to develop expertise in data management and process improvement within a global team.
Key Responsibilities
* Support timely and accurate reporting of HP data to environmental authorities.
* Develop automated reporting processes for stakeholders.
* Provides support for projects, including data management, project management, documentation, and coordination with stakeholders to meet business objectives.
* Lead/collaborate on process improvement initiatives.
* Maintain, enhance and document internal processes, including KPI reporting, quarterly reviews, working manuals, etc.
* Design and manage interactive reports and dashboards in Power BI.
Qualifications
* Recent degree or master's in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
* Typically, 1-4 years experience, preferably in Supply Chain or Operations, fresh graduate will be considered.
Skills
* Effective presentation and communication skills in English.
* Effective teamwork and collaboration in international environment.
* Skilled with project management, process mapping and enhancement, and continuous improvement.
* Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Reliability, ownership, adaptability, and organizational skills.
Additional Attributes
* Learning agility, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach to new ideas.
* Basic programming knowledge and experience with automation tools are highly appreciated. Familiarity with platforms such as SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate, Power BI, SQL, and Python is a plus.
