* Review, draft, and negotiate contracts—particularly those involving AI technologies—tailoring contractual clauses to the risk profile of each product or provider.
* Provide guidance on Intellectual Property, Data Protection, and Technology Law matters, ensuring alignment with applicable regulations and internal policies.
* Support regional commercial legal teams on Technology and Intellectual Property issues, ensuring consistency across jurisdictions.
* Collaborate with cross‐functional teams (Tax, Compliance, HR, InfoSec, etc.) to deliver well‐rounded, business‐aligned legal advice for Procurement activities.

Skills

* Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of quality in all deliverables.
* Team‐oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively and transparently.
* Flexibility, agility, and adaptability to evolving business and technological environments.

Experience

* Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role or within a legal environment focused on Technology, IP, procurement, or digital services.

Qualifications
