**Line Manager’s Job Title: Program Manager, Operations**

**Job Purpose**
- The PMO team is responsible for the management of cross-functional projects and tasked to improve standardisation, collaboration and transparency within AFEMEA. The role of the PMO Analyst is to support the team in reaching its overarching objective and his/her duties include but are not limited to; building detailed reports, project plans, tracking progress and analysing project data. In addition, there will be an emphasis on introducing and maintaining PM software/tools.**Job Dimensions & Scope**

**Principal Accountabilities**
- Develop, prepare and maintain standardised templates and reports (incl. MMR, QBR, ad-hoc ) with regular cadence for the PMO team for communication to all stakeholders
- Manage the various platforms and tools used to ensure the necessary people have access to the right, and relevant information in order to make strategic decisions
- Centralize information and lead the PMO project dashboard using either cloud solutions or specified and approved project management software to ensure agile project planning and decision-making, standardised reporting and governance, effective issue and risk management
- Support the PMO team with analysis and visual representation of data to help identify improvement opportunities
- Ad-hoc support to members within the PMO organisation for project and process improvement
- Support the launch of the PMO office, with a focus on managing interdependencies across major projects and ensuring a smooth risk escalation and decision making process
- Drive Engagement through Coordination of meetings across different levels of Supply Chain organisation.

**Qualifications/Requirements**
- **Formal Qualifications and Experience**
- University degree in applied Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in program/project management, admin, or related field
- Proficient computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office Suite; working knowledge of program/project management software (Wrike, MS Project)
- Preferably a strong knowledge of Packaging business or related industries such as consumer goods or process industries
- Fluent English and at least one other major European language is desirable (German or Polish would be appreciated)
- Strong ability and experience to manage in a cross-cultural environment
- Ability to work successfully in a matrix organization
- **Specific Skills and Abilities**
- Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and decision-making
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent collaboration skills and an ability to work effectively in a team
- Excellent leadership and time management skills
- Intellectual agility - able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- MS Office (Excel with VBA and PowerPoint), SFDC, Mills, SAP
- Very good knowledge in MS Power BI
- Wrike or other project management software knowledge would be advantageous
- Motivated and ambitious
- Evidence of achievements in academic and/or non-academic activities
