We are looking for a proactive
Partnership & Business Development Manager based in Madrid
who will be responsible for identifying new partners, building relationships, and launching collaborative projects. This is a
high-communication, people-facing role
that combines online outreach and offline networking — from social media communication to attending meetings and industry events. Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential partners (companies, institutions, communities) Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders Initiate and develop joint projects and collaborations Communicate via social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) and direct outreach Represent the company at events, meetings, and networking sessions in Madrid Support negotiations and partnership discussions Coordinate communication between different stakeholders within projects Monitor opportunities for collaboration and market expansion Key Requirements
Experience in
business development, partnerships, or communications Strong networking and interpersonal skills Ability to initiate conversations and build trust quickly Experience using
social media as a communication tool (not just content posting) Proactive mindset and ability to work independently Strong organizational and coordination skills Comfortable attending events and meetings Languages
Spanish —
working proficiency (B1+ minimum) English —
fluent Ukrainian or Russian Adecuado Candidate
