Overview
Lead Field Service Technician role at Endeavour. Inspired Infrastructure. Thermal Works LLC has an opportunity to join a team focusing on Startup/Commissioning and Service for Thermal Works equipment, with emphasis on data centers and commercial buildings as part of Endeavour Energy, LLC’s ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
* Participate in a comprehensive training program at Thermal Works' U.S. headquarters.
* Manage Preventive Maintenance and Service schedules.
* Perform on-site quality control for the installation of Thermal Works products.
* Perform all preventive maintenance and service needs for clients.
* Be available to respond to emergency issues when on call.
* Monitor service software to ensure services are met on a timely schedule.
* Collaborate with different departments within the company for product development and improvement.
* Provide technical support for troubleshooting and repair of Thermal Works equipment.
Skills & Requirements
* Education / Experience: Technical or Vocational Degree/Certification in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or Electromechanical Systems (e.g., Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior en Mantenimiento de Instalaciones Térmicas y de Fluidos in Spain).
* F-Gas Category I Certification (in accordance with EC Regulation No. 517/2014) is required for handling fluorinated gases.
* 3–5 years of hands-on experience in mechanical systems for mission-critical infrastructure (data centers, healthcare, or industrial facilities).
* Experience with chillers and CRAH (Computer Room Air Handler) units, including installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
* Familiarity with EU safety standards, pressure equipment directives (PED), and EN 378 refrigeration safety norms.
* Capable of diagnostics, repairs, and system optimizations in live environments.
* Baseline circuit analysis and troubleshooting of electrical components; knowledge of hydronic systems; ability to troubleshoot HVAC systems.
* Understanding of refrigeration theory and hands-on applied sciences.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on customer service.
* Fluent in English and Spanish (additional European languages are a strong plus).
* Ability to read drawings at a basic level.
* Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. continuously throughout the day.
