- Role: Business Development Representative (B2B Sales – Cloud Technology)
- Salary: 11,000 PLN gross/month + Quarterly Bonus (from 5,000 PLN+)
- Work Model: Krakow, Poland / Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days home). Relocation package available for work‑permitted candidates.
- Languages: German (B2+/C1) + English (B2)

Job Overview

Looking to move beyond transactional sales and build long‑term, high‑value client relationships? This role is designed for sales professionals who want to act as trusted advisors, not just closers. You'll work with a global technology leader, supporting SMBs, agencies, and C‑level stakeholders in a cloud‑driven environment – identifying opportunities, solving business challenges, and driving sustainable revenue growth.

Responsibilities

- Manage and grow existing client accounts using a consultative sales approach
- Identify new revenue opportunities within your portfolio and build a strong sales pipeline
- Engage with decision‑makers (including C‑level) to understand business needs
- Recommend and position cloud‑based solutions aligned with customer objectives
- Handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close high‑quality deals
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver seamless customer experience
- Stay up to date with technology and cloud industry trends

Qualifications

- Minimum 1+ year B2B sales experience (prospecting, closing cycle exposure)
- Strong ability to negotiate, influence, and build relationships
- Experience engaging with business clients or decision‑makers
- Basic understanding or interest in cloud‑based technologies
- German (B2+/C1) and English (B2) communication skills
- Solution‑oriented mindset with strong ownership and accountability
- Willingness to relocate to Kraków (mandatory)
