How will you make a difference
You’re our perfect candidate if you have a strong background in payments platforms & gateways and are capable of:
* Drive cost & performance management reporting, variance analysis and providing high quality data, transparency and insights to management proposing measures to improve and achieve our goals.
* Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
* Drive productivity initiatives, synergies & benefit tracking and ensure the Controlling function operates at a high level of excellence.
* Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance Controlling processes, systems, and tools to drive efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
* Collaborate with BI department and other business functions to provide analysis and decision support for business improvement initiatives.
* Development and maintenance of strong internal controls, ensuring effective controls over revenue transactions and reporting.
* Support wider Controlling transformation initiatives plus ad-hoc support to key strategic projects.
* Supervise the controlling team while checking and analyzing TPV charges and conditions related to PSP invoices and performing month-end account reconciliations.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide strategic financial insights.
* Autonomous and high level of initiative and ability to work well in a team environment.
