Experteer OverviewAs SAP Service Manager, you will oversee SAP maintenance services and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet SLAs and KPIs. You will act as the main liaison between business units and IT, translating functional needs into actionable technical specs. You'll drive cost control, risk management, and continuous improvement to ensure reliable, compliant SAP service delivery. This role sits at the intersection of finance processes and SAP operations, offering impact across delivery, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction. You will shape how we scale and optimize our SAP Run & Maintain services.

- Provide comprehensive management of the SAP maintenance service (Run)
- Coordinate and lead SAP functional and technical teams
- Monitor and ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs and service levels
- Manage incidents, problems and changes in the productive environment
- Serve as interlocutor with business, customers and suppliers
- Control costs, budgets and service billing
- Identify continuous improvements and optimize the service
- Handle service scaling and risk management
- Act as main point of contact between the business and IT area of SAP
- Collect, define and prioritize functional requirements and translate into technical specs
- Oversee project execution, ensuring deadlines, scope, quality and alignment with financial processes
- Validate deliverables, manage dependencies and facilitate decision-making between business and technology
Responsabilidades
- Demonstrable experience as an SAP Service Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO (Financial Accounting/Controlling)
- Experience in SAP maintenance projects (AMS)
- Knowledge of end-to-end financial processes
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, SAP Solution Manager, Jira or others)
- Ability to manage services with multiple stakeholders
- Fluent Spanish language skills
- Professional English language skills
- Nice to have: SAP S/4HANA, ITIL Certification, offshore/onshore teams experience
