As Brand Manager, you will be responsible for leading Mondays brand strategy. We have a team of 50 people and 11 centers located in Barcelona, Madrid, Malaga, Andorra, and Lisbon. Your mission will be to develop the Monday brand, differentiating it from the competition and increasing its value and recognition in the market. Your ultimate goal will be to ensure that Monday is perceived as the top choice in the flex space sector and contributes to the overall success of the company.
REQUIREMENTS
* 4 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the Consumer Goods and Hospitality sectors.
* Experience in creating and executing marketing and communication strategies across both online and offline channels.
* Experience in briefing and overseeing digital marketing caigns, including Google Ads, SEO, and social media through external agencies.
* Excellent communication skills to convey the brands value proposition in a compelling way
* Strong team player, collaborating with various departments and external agencies.
* Creative and strategic skills to position the brand innovatively: knowledge of branding, graphic design, and visual identity management.
* Proficiency in market and competitor analysis tools: ability to analyze marketing metrics and make data driven strategic adjustments.
* Willingness to travel (Spain, Andorra, and Portugal).
* Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or related fields.
* Languages: Catalan, Spanish, and English. Full proficiency.

* Define and execute the global brand strategy for Monday, ensuring it reflects our identity, mission, and vision.
* Establish and maintain Mondays position as a benchmark in coworking spaces, highlighting its value proposition against competitors.
* Conduct competitor research and analysis to identify differentiation opportunities and adjust the brand strategy based on trends in the flex space sector and the needs of the Monday community.
* Manage the brands reputation by addressing community feedback and adjusting marketing and communication strategies based on the needs of the workers.
* Ensure that Monday centers reflect the brands values and provide a user experience aligned with Mondays identity.
* Guarantee brand consistency in Mondays visual identity (logo, typography, colors) across all centers, promotional materials, and digital platforms.
Brand Communication
1. Develop and implement the communication strategy to reinforce Mondays positioning, using both online and offline channels.
2. Oversee marketing caigns in collaboration with external agencies to attract new clients, including digital caigns (Google Ads, SEO) and advertising in relevant media outlets.
