As Global People Project Manager for CareerHub, you own Holcim's internal talent marketplace and drive a data-driven, engaging experience for employees worldwide. You bridge HR, digital platforms, and people-centred delivery to boost internal mobility and career development. You’ll influence adoption across regions, manage the Gloat vendor relationship, and translate feedback into improvements aligned with the people strategy. This role centers on shaping culture and delivering measurable impact at scale.

• Own day-to-day CareerHub management and act as the user and stakeholder expert across regions
• Prioritize backlog and translate feedback into vendor roadmap discussions
• Coordinate feature testing, releases, and ongoing platform improvements from an end-user perspective
• Drive adoption through onboarding, demos, webinars, and targeted 1:1 support for employees, managers, and HR
• Manage the vendor relationship with Gloat, escalate issues, track SLAs, influence product direction
• Monitor usage metrics and KPIs to continuously improve the user experience
• Design and lead change management plans to support rollout and sustained behavioral change
• Develop targeted communications to build awareness and keep CareerHub visible
• Identify adoption barriers early and implement people-centred interventions
• Build a global network of ambassadors and HR champions to disseminate the message
• Partner with HR leaders, regional teams, and business stakeholders to ensure platform evolves with business needs
• Translate employee feedback into actionable improvements that strengthen business outcomes
Responsabilidades
• 3–5 years of experience in platform ownership, HR technology, SaaS adoption, or project coordination within a global organization
• Strong stakeholder management with xpzdshu HR leaders, IT teams, vendors, and senior partners
• User-first mindset with ability to translate perspectives into clear requirements
• Experience with change management or platform adoption programmes is a plus
• Data awareness with ability to read platform metrics and KPIs
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; additional languages a plus
• Highly organized, proactive, and resilient with a track record of ownership
• University degree in Business, HR, Psychology, Management, or a related field
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus but not required
