As part of the Front Office Global Transaction Banking in Spain, the candidate will serve an existing portfolio and look for new clients bringing transactional flows and stable deposits to the Bank. This will require a strong coordination with Coverage Bankers in Spain and overseas, as well as colleagues from other business lines. He / she will also be requested to actively cross-sell with PCM international network and all other business lines within the organization, notably Trade Finance.The Sales Manager will be responsible to identify, analyze, sell, and support transaction banking products & services, with special focus on cash and liquidity management, to established corporate customers and targeted prospective corporate clients. She / he will work closely with Relationship Coverage Teams to ensure an excellent service quality and to solidify customer retention efforts by providing a superior level of customer service.Tasks and responsibilities :
Be the key sponsor for client Cash Management proposals and responses to domestic and international Request for Proposals (RFP)Liaise closely with Client Service Teams to ensure successful on-boarding / implementation and / or addition of new products and services - the candidate is expected to be a strong team playerMonitor and update client data and deals in CRM tool to ensure perfect communication with all stakeholders.Monitor required credit facilities (Overdrafts, Confirming and Guarantees, if applicable)Launch credit applications, align with Credit & Risk colleaguesCreate seamless working relationships with other teams, including but not limited to Credit, Legal, Product and Client Service, both, locally and internationallyImplement and organize regular client visits and business travelsProfile requiredExperience :
5-8 Years experience in Payments & Cash Management is requiredExpertise in payment systems domestic & internationalFluency in Spanish and English (French is a plus)Technical, operational & Soft skills :
