We are partnering with an award-winning liquidity & technology solutions company looking to onboard a Senior Business Development Manager to drive institutional sales in the FX, crypto, metals, energy, and indices sectors.

Key Responsibilities
* Identify & pursue new institutional clients via cold calling, networking & industry contacts
* Develop & execute strategic sales plans to exceed targets and close high‑value deals
* Generate a strong pipeline of qualified leads and convert them into long‑term partnerships
* Represent the company at global industry events, engaging with key decision‑makers
* Expand the Introducing Brokers (IB) network through incentive programs & partnerships
* Monitor market trends & regulatory changes, refining sales strategies accordingly
* Track sales activities & performance metrics via CRM tools (Salesforce)
Requirements
* Fluent in English (both written & spoken)
* 5+ years of direct sales experience in the FX industry, specifically in liquidity solutions
* Proven track record of closing large deals & exceeding sales targets
* Strong network of institutional clients (banks, hedge funds, trading firms, etc.)
* Experience with Introducing Brokers & expanding IB networks
* Exceptional sales, negotiation & closing skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
* Proficiency in CRM & sales analytics tools (Salesforce, etc.)
