Job Title: Sales Executive – New Logo AcquisitionDepartment: SalesLocation: Europe (Hybrid / Remote – as applicable)

Our cloud-agnostic solutions enable digital-first customer experiences across fixed and mobile networks worldwide.With a strong product portfolio, global customer references, and a 100% implementation success rate, Alepo is a trusted partner to telecom operators across Europe and beyond.Role PurposeWe are looking for a high-energy, Sales Executive to support new logo acquisition across European telecom markets.This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who wants hands-on exposure to B2B SaaS selling, outbound prospecting, and enterprise deal cycles in the telecom and digital transformation space.You will focus on lead generation, pipeline development, and early-stage sales conversations, working closely with senior sales leaders to help convert opportunities into customers.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and research prospective telecom operators and service providers across EuropeGenerate new sales leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and partner referralsQualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria (business need, timeline, fit)Support the creation and maintenance of a healthy sales pipeline for new logo opportunitiesSchedule discovery calls and product discussions for senior sales managersMaintain accurate prospect and opportunity data in Salesforce CRMLearn and follow a structured sales process and methodology (training provided)Collaborate with marketing and pre-sales teams to support campaigns and proposalsMeet defined monthly and quarterly activity and pipeline targetsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field with 3.5+ GPA5-7 years of experience in sales, business development, inside sales, or customer-facing rolesStrong communication and learning ability are welcome to applySkills & CompetenciesStrong verbal and written communication skillsComfortable with outbound outreach and customer conversationsExperience in technology sales, telecom sales, SaaS sales, and AI-driven solutions salesBasic understanding (or strong interest) in B2B sales and consultative sellingAbility to learn CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus, not mandatory)Organized, persistent, and results-oriented mindsetWillingness to learn structured sales frameworks and best practicesWhat You'll Learn & GainHands-on exposure to enterprise SaaS and telecom solution sellingTraining on BSS, network applications, and GenAI-powered platformsExperience working with European telecom operators and partnersClear growth path into Account Executive / Senior Sales rolesMentorship from experienced sales leaders in a global environment
