At Hays, we are seeking a Finance Analyst for an important multinational company.
**JOB SUMMARY**:
Financial Analyst will support the operations and growth of the TeleSense Business Unit.
- Responsible for developing recommended sales reporting information, developing an efficient forecasting process, producing sales segment reporting and data analytics, and ad hoc financial models.
- Support monthly/quarterly earnings-related reporting, and Senior Management reporting. The incumbent will analyse key business trends, actual versus plan variances, including maintaining product costing in the system and analyse margins by product/customer.
- Support US monthly financial close and management reporting.
**DUTIES/DESCRIPTION**:
- Assist with the creation of customer invoices for TeleSense worldwide
- Facilitate and chase payment of customer invoices and Accounts Receivable
- Assist with the processing and tracking of Accounts Payable and supplier invoices
- Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial management reports, along with occasional ad hoc analyses
- Assist with the maintenance of TeleSense's CRM database
- Work with the SAP implementation team to migrate data from legacy systems to SAP
- Other finance and accounting related tasks, as required
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in a small to medium-sized corporate accounting team with a wide range of exposure to different areas of accounting.
- Positive team attitude, independent, self-motivated, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible work schedule and open to travel 2-3 times a year.
- Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills, self-starter, ability to manage projects
- Desired Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting from an accredited 4-year university or college.
- Experience using HubSpot (highly desirable).
- Experience using Salesforce (desirable).
**WE OFFER**:
- Contract 6 months + stable incorporation

- Salary: €30,000 gross per year.
