Schindler is seeking a passionate and experienced Analyst to join our Global Reporting Solutions (GRS) team within Global Finance. You will collaborate with Schindler IT to empower finance and field operations teams worldwide with analytics, business intelligence, and reporting capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with stakeholders to develop impactful reports and dashboards that facilitate data-driven decisions.
* Lead digitalization and automation projects related to reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
* Translate user needs into functional requirements and ensure solutions meet expectations.
* Manage solution backlogs, prioritizing features to maximize value delivery.
* Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making within a multinational environment.

Candidate Profile:
* At least 4 years of experience in requirement engineering and understanding user needs, with proven stakeholder communication skills.
* Minimum 2 years of project management experience using agile tools like Jira, SharePoint, Confluence, or similar.
* At least 2 years of experience in reporting, analytics, or data management projects; hands-on with BI tools (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau) is a plus.
* Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, engineering, or related field.
* Experience in Supply Chain Management and multinational environments are advantageous.
* Fluent in English (minimum B2 level) with effective communication skills across all organizational levels.
